A LIFE THROUGH THE LENS
Doug Ewing's journey, from Keokuk to Los Angeles and back, has shaped him into the photographer he is today.
After graduating from Keokuk High School in 2001, he moved to Denver to attend The Art Institute of Colorado, graduating in 2003. In 2004, Doug relocated to Los Angeles, working on many different projects including celebrity portraits, automotive/product shoots, and swimsuit calendars. After almost a decade of coastal life, Doug returned to Iowa in 2013 to be closer to friends and family, bringing a wealth of experience and a heart full of stories back to his roots.
Alongside Miriam and their feline companions, Doug lives a life dedicated to excellence in his field. Whether it's a stolen glance or a joyous celebration, Doug's work is a testament to the beauty of human connection.
